    Privacy

This page describes how the site handles information today, including the parts added by the platform that hosts it.

    Accounts and personal details

There are no accounts, no sign-in and no newsletter. The site does not ask for your name, email address or any other personal detail, and it keeps no database of visitors.

    Searching

Colour, symbol and layout choices are applied in your browser and are not sent anywhere.

A country name search is different: it is added to the page address as ?q= so the result can be shared or bookmarked. Page addresses are visible to the hosting platform and its measurement script described below, can be recorded in server logs, and may be passed on as a referrer to sites you click through to. Avoid typing anything private into the search box.

    Measurement by the hosting platform

The published site is served by the Lovable hosting platform, which adds its own visitor-measurement script (/~flock.js, reporting to /~api/analytics on this domain). It runs on published pages regardless of the site's own code, and it records page views and the technical details that come with any web request, such as the page address, your IP address, referrer and browser type.

The site's own code adds no analytics, advertising or tracking script on top of that, and sets no cookies of its own.

    Other services that receive requests

    • flagcdn.com — every flag image is loaded from this external service, so your browser sends it your IP address and the usual request headers, as it would for any image on the web.
    • The hosting platform — serves the pages themselves and processes the requests needed to deliver them.

    Advertising

No advertising is served at the moment. The site's own pages load no ad script and set no advertising cookie. The AdSense publisher identifier (ca-pub-3137816931139207) and the ads.txt file remain in place for ownership verification.

If advertising is switched on later, Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies, a consent mechanism will be added where the law requires one, and this section will be updated before any ad is shown.

    Contact

For privacy questions, data requests or corrections, email itayg3131@gmail.com. That address reaches the person who runs the site; there is no company, postal address or contact form behind it. See the contact page for what to include.

    Your choices

You can block scripts or clear site data through your browser settings; the flag finder itself works without any stored data.
