A black diagonal edged in yellow from lower flagpole corner to upper outer corner, green above and blue below.
A diagonal band divides the field, which no layout bucket describes exactly; it is grouped under centre symbol in the finder.

History of the design
The flag combines green, gold and black from Tanganyika’s flag with blue from the flag of Zanzibar.
