A red field with a yellow sun in the centre sending eight broad rays out to the edges of the flag.

- The present eight-rayed sun flag was adopted in October 1995.
History of the design
It replaced the 1992 Vergina Sun flag following the dispute with Greece while retaining red and yellow as the national colours.
