Blue, yellow and red vertical bands with a coat of arms on the yellow showing an eagle holding a cross, with an aurochs head on its shield. Romania is the same tricolour with no arms.

History of the design
The central eagle carries a shield with an aurochs head, preventing confusion with Romania’s plain tricolour.
